Russell French, President and general manager and the company has grown to 16 employees who sell, service and deliver equipment and supplies to OESCO customers. Norman and Thelma French organized OESCO 46 years ago when they purchased The Palmer Brothers Co. of Cos Cob, Connecticut and moved it to Burlington, Connecticut. In 1967, they were joined by their son Russell French when they moved to Conway. The warehouse addition was built in 1972 to store large equipment.
