Mandau Honey is pure honey from the Heterotrigona itama type of kelulut bee that we cultivate in North Barito. Mandau Honey has gone through a Dehumidification process to reduce the water content to meet SNI standards, through this process Mandau Honey no longer produces gas and inhibits the fermentation process in honey so it is safe to travel.
